Sara Lahaie, MSW, LICSW
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience, I provide professional advocacy, clear guidance, and thoughtful recommendations that support long-term well-being and quality of life. I specialize in simplifying elder care and disability services for individuals and families navigating complex decisions and challenging transitions.
I help older adults and their loved ones navigate the complexities of elder care and healthcare systems by providing comprehensive assessments, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support with implementing and monitoring care plans.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of social work roles serving diverse client populations. For the past year, I have worked as an Aging Life Care Manager serving the North Shore area and southern New Hampshire. I am especially passionate about supporting clients facing cancer and other serious medical conditions, drawing on six years of experience as an oncology social worker at a cancer center, as well as prior experience as a medical social worker in two local hospitals.
I understand that every situation is unique. Whether you are planning ahead, responding to a sudden change, or managing ongoing care needs, my role is to help you make informed decisions with confidence and compassion. I am proud to serve as a trusted partner for families seeking clarity, support, and continuity of care.
